1. Our terms are Strictly Cash and subject to no discount.
2. We deal in 22ct and other caratage of gold ornaments and every ornament of our manufacture bears.
3. ORDERS are not undertaken without deposit of full gold value of gold as advance.
4. Every effort is made to execute the orders on the due date of delivery but they are not liable to cancellation if any delay arises due to unforeseen circumstances.
5. Order not taken delivery within one month from the stipulated date will be treated as cancelled and the customer will be liable to pay the making charges as also any loss to the company due to fluctuation in the rate of gold.
6. Greatest care is taken to keep weights very near to instructions but a difference of about 10% percent may occur which is unavoidable.
7. Ornaments are made closely following the designs or samples approved but a little deviation is possible in the process of manufacture.
8. Packing postage sales tax and other incidental charges are separately payable.
9. If any payment is made by cheque or Bank draft delivery will be made after encashment of such cheque or bank draft.
10. Any dispute is subject of the jurisdiction of Kolkata High Court.

We give the warranty of any product if the particular warranty is written on the description of that product.

Please allow up to 15 working days for the jewellery to be dispatched after receiving and cleared the payments. If there is any type of delay during some internal process then we will inform you accordingly.

Products are shipped post receipt of full amount against the order.

1. If there is damage to an item upon delivery, Customers should contact SGMD EXPORT PVT LTD on 033-25563291/9748460273 or write to mondaljewellery@gmail.com within 2 days from the receipt of product.
2. We shall not entertain any request after 2 days from the date of receipt of the product.
3. Once your package is ready, you can send the product to us or call our team and we will arrange to pick it up at your doorstep
4. We shall process the refund once we receive the product. The product must be in unused condition, in its original packaging along with its original tags and invoice, failing which refund may not be possible.
5. Once the refund process has been initiated, the amount will be directly refunded to your account via the same mode within 7-15 working days.
